Pros

1. Small handful of decent senior people in HR, Legal, Wholesale and the former head of Sales 2. Some good people hidden in pockets in the company that care about customers 3. BT Young Scientist is an amazing event run by teams on the ground 4. Survive here and you can survive anywhere but will have scars to prove it 5. Flexiblity to work for home is good but abused by most

Cons

1. Horrible culture thats about perception and not delivery 2. Senior leaders dont know the meaning of accountability, like to undermine, too much BS with politics and management cliques 3. Performance reviews are a joke, you are never rewarded fairly, people are bullied out and real issues are not dealt with 4. Dropping Great Place to Work was a shocking decision 5. No Product leadership outside of Wholesale, finger pointing and blaming Managed Services, IT and Networks for issues 6. Strategy is made up of shuffling the deck charis with the same rubbish rolled out at kick off events each year 7. No investment with the same old story with submitted budgets ripped up by finance each budget cycle 8. Leaky bucket with internal news ending up with customers and the MD having to explain to them

Pros

Benefits are better than most US companies. You get twice or triple the numbers of days off per year.

Cons

Focus is more on originating company location for group events and emails. Due to time zone differences, it can be difficult to work with others without adjusting your schedule. It is difficult to get promoted outside originating country. Roles are few and far between in the US.
