Decent company with some pitfalls - Service Desk BT Group Employee Review

Heavy office politics. A strict obsession with 3 days at the office which is weaponised by some colleagues to harass fellow employees who may have good reason to need to wfh. Feedback is not considered. No real development opportunities. Poor learning courses and lack of mentorship/guidance to obtain qualifications and necessary skills. Middle managers with no technical experience or even management skills harming teams and abusing positions. Not very competitive in salary
