Pros

A great place to work, where management and fellow coleagues care about the employees. Working in a call centre can't get any better. Lot's of support and individual employees are treated like humans and not numbers. Plus loyalty rewarded with 2 raises every year for doing the same job. A truly diverse place to work lot's of working flexibility.

Cons

As mentioned before, as good as possible for a call centre to be.

Pros

Benefits are better than most US companies. You get twice or triple the numbers of days off per year.

Cons

Focus is more on originating company location for group events and emails. Due to time zone differences, it can be difficult to work with others without adjusting your schedule. It is difficult to get promoted outside originating country. Roles are few and far between in the US.
