You are one of 100's of team road salesmen. They will drop you in a second if sales aren't increased., and not give a hoot about you. Regional management recruits you to make themselves look good - but you are their chump. Poor delivery of product, makes you look bad in the eyes of coaches. BSN is too big for their britches. Reps have no authority to sell at prices to compete with traditional team dealers. They offer you a pretty package (bonus pay) to abandon your existing job - but too many strings attached. (you find out later).. Health Insurance is costly. You soon find out - all things considered - you were far better off with the independent team dealer you left.
