People are all good but excluded some managers/directors/c title officers
Cons
New “C” title officer is hiring his son as the director. Keep layoff people for several years. Only 6 people left currently from around 40 people 2 years ago in Developing Team. They don't care people's performance and contributions. Some people worked over 10 years also got fired. Too many office politics... No bonus doesn't matter how rich the company is
