      Pros

      Bagels every month, flexible time, and holiday parties.

      Cons

      Health benefits, management. They have meetings about you without consulting you first. The manager/director only listen to their favorites and put everyone else down. They throw too much at you and you're suppose to just keep up. But then when you make a mistake, they wonder why. Only certain employees were great. Pay doesn't match the amount of work that is expected.

      Pros

      Human Resources really seems to care about the employees and takes the time to make sure new hires understand all the positives the company has to offer. They do a great job explaining things and making sure you feel welcomed from the start. So far, my training has been excellent and very thorough. I feel comfortable asking any questions I have, and my team takes the time to answer them and make sure everything is clear. Overall, the onboarding and training process has been a very positive experience.
