Pros
I cannot say enough great things about BRAINATION! The company really promotes a positive working environment. Everyone is always showing appreciation to one another. We use a program where we can send points to one another for a job well done. The points can be redeemed for prizes such as gift cards. HR does a great job of coming up with creative, fun events for us to do as a team. During COVID, upper management has really taken our safety and health into consideration. They have implemented many safety measures and protocols. Even though it's a small company, they are well equipped with the latest technology. Transitioning to and from "Work From Home" has been seamless. The Finance Department is very quick and responsive, too. Now I will say, I work in the Central Office, so my experience may be different from being on campus. Because our campuses are spread out throughout the state, I communicate with the staff through email and phone. Everyone has been very kind and responsive. When I first started with the company, everyone was so welcoming and patient as I learned my new position. I absolutely love my boss! I'm very, very lucky. Overall, the company has created an amazing culture. It truly feels like a family. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and fun to be around. I honestly feel that upper management cares about our success, happiness, and well being. I am so lucky to be a part of the team!
Cons
Of course, no company is perfect. And of course, a co-worker might frustrate you here and there. But compared to the other companies I've worked for, BRAINATION is by far the best. I really can't think of any major Cons worth listing.
