There aren't many. Close knit (Micro management) if you think that's a pro.

It's a drowning ship that works on old and outdated technology. There is a complete lack of vision. Despite being in the market for a decade, there's been no significant impact by the company in the APJ region. Promise of shorter timelines to make clients happy leads to long working hours, upto 15 hours a day. Bonus and salary appraisals are a joke. Too much favouritism. Zero contribution towards employee certifications.
