Each person seems to work in their own little area. They have little view into what the company’s goals are or what management thinks and almost no interaction with management

Other implementors were great about sharing knowledge and helping to learn new skills. Very collaborative.

Unrealistic goals set for implementers when sales wasnt selling. Management would disparage team members in public settings.
