Awesome Benefits and Competitive Pay

Not a lot of cons to mention other than sometimes politics can be a factor

Benefits are good, working conditions have improved with new management. Safety has taken tremendous strides in the last year with the new safety rep. New COO and CEO and Maintenance Manager has put great emphasis on cleaning the plant up. The equipment has been updated and continues to improve. There is still room for improvement but I must say it has gotten better. There is much more emphasis on safety and it's shows with the money being spent to improve the plant and safety conditions.

High turnover, this is a nightmare. Despite having a high wage, employees continue to look for other opportunities but then turn around and want to come back. Place is not perfect but big improvements have been made.
