Some nice people who genuinely want to do the right thing. Great, modern offices
Cons
Lack of management support; incompetent, disengaged senior management who are only interested in furthering their own interests. Under-investment in key areas of the bank meaning that expectations on staff are completely unrealistic. Immature systems and technology make it difficult to do your job.
