      Friendly working environment, variety of products and solutions, cross-team support.

      Cons

      Salary is low, no annual bonus, benefits offered is not high tier. Although it's a Belgium company, HQ trying to control too much.

      Pros

      Most of the people that work there are great. Good support.

      Cons

      Upper management are scumbags. Can't have the decency to be honest and open. Pretend to be your family, but really don't care about you. They pray with you during dinner, stab you in the back during the next breakfast.
