-Amateur CEO has disastrous effect on company, organization and stock price. Clients are fleeing. -Cost-cutting approach and constant turmoil of layoffs are not a strategy and his approach is eroding any underlying value left in the company. -Lots of redundancies--why do we need both a technology department and a separate digital department--you just need one--and with that--one EC member and not 2. EC members are very expensive. CEO is not accountable for any deliverables and meeting any timelines. Sounds like a "below expectations" rating to me.
