      benefits are okay and vacation time is not bad

      Cons

      forced rating, 10% of the employee will be rated as below average regardless if they deliver or not. Consistent upper management changes. No stability at all. No one feels safe anymore. Please read the real review on this website (not the ones added by HR) and you will get a feeling.
