Pros
The benefits package is acceptable. Most departments have a 35 hour work week most of the time. This helps make it easier to accept the low salaries and pathetic raises.
Cons
Raises and bonus packages do not always reflect the job performance. There is not always an opportunity to grow within the company. If you are honest with management and tell them that you need more opportunity and challenges in order to grow they will use this against you and say you act like you don't like your job.
