Pros
This is a comparatively big shop. If you are fresh graduate, and self- starter, you can find a lot of resources and learning opportunities, but you have to find it by yourself. There are a lot of changes/initiatives going on, most of them are not value added to the firm, But, as a fresh graduate or early mid-career professional, these are great opportunities for you to participate, learn some new techs, and most importantly, put on your resume, be ready for your next move.
Cons
In recent years, this company has hired a lot of ex-goldman redundancies, and onboarded a consulting firm to overhaul the company structure. A lot of confusions and inconsistencies have been created out of current initiatives, along with “strategic” offshoring workforce overseas by relentlessly laying off good/experienced domestic employees. As a result, the moral, productivity and operational accuracy have been seriously affected and work environment has become very toxic.
