If you see any words like ALMT / OMR on your JD, "DON'T JOIN". Below points pertain only to ALMT / OMR: JD is namesake. You will be treated like resource, not people. Your experience will not matter at all. Expectation from new joinees would be 200% from second month of joining. Almost zero work/Life balance. Mismanagement by Senior Management. Zero Visibility and transparency. Zero Growth. Unhelpful people. Very poor on-boarding. HR is HR here - Too many but none useful. Almost zero training with hardly any training documents. Expect 0% appraisal also. It is not dependent on performance.
