Just got recruited, I'm Loving it - Junior Trader BND Capital Employee Review

Just started off early this year and I'm loving it. Very cool aesthetically pleasing office, healthy and open environment, progressive and tolerant staff, the pay is quite good and work load low for my position. Learn a lot just speaking to other staff during lunch for example. I love working here

Very good and inspring Co workers, amazing pay, nice eco friendly and modernist office space, open work environment

Very demanding atmosphere (has its pros and cons), not enough staff so more work load on firms staff
