Least salary 3.Enough politics 4.Poor management 5.Least bothered Team leaders and managers 6.High discrimination between the departments 7.Lack of holidays (if you want a day's leave or a half day; you have to beg and still they won't give it to you) 8.Poor infrastructure 9.High level of discrimination between same level of employees (the upper management referred one is more preferred) 10.No time limits 11.Saturday is working day (Not on books) 12.Your work and effort are not cheered. 13.Un necessary peer pressure created by the team leaders. 14. Its endless.........
