      The pay is pretty decent and they hired me fresh out of college. The coworkers are fantastic and the managers appreciate your work

      Decent pay, health benefits,401k, good pto,even better with good coworkers

      Cons

      Heavy on the sales, starts to feel more about what we can squeeze out of clients then what they really need, or if they even need anything at all. Demanded to have at least 2 appointments,1 referral to a partner,1 home equity appointment everyday.
