      Low salary for entry level staff i.e. those with 0-3years experience, lack of workplace structure compared to some other large organizations.

      Big corporation with good benefits.

      Cons

      Managers make too much on our backs. Managers get to have lot more flexibility and fun on corporate card. Growth is very stagnant. Some managers treat you like factory workers and won’t let you leave at 4:45ish
