      Really great people, fun clients and a lot of flexibility. You can really make the best out of your role not matter what position you’re in. Equal parts autonomy and teamwork!

      Cons

      Not really a con about the job itself but if you live far away the traffic can be annoying on days where you have to go into the office.

      Pros

      Free lunch at times, small office (so you weren’t just a number in the payroll).

      Cons

      If you weren’t a favorite, it was blatantly obvious. They constantly talked negative about past employees and joked around about workplace situations that should have been taking more serious. It was very unprofessional. Lots of ego for not enough flashy clients.
