Pros
A good enterprise with great opportunities to learn new technologies, and lead software development projects. Except for customer support, there is a good work-life balance with hybrid work.
Cons
Too much customer support (on-call duties, severity 2,3 cases, etc) interrupts the daily workday of developers. The on-call duties are 24/7. Too much legacy code which is hard to maintain.
