Pros
Talented people, sound balance sheet, flexible work culture. BMC has some great people. They do have a very sound balance sheet , they guard it fiercely! The work culture is not bad at all.
Cons
Surprisingly not agile for a medium sized company, street-focussed,highly political executive management, not receptive to innovative ideas, sees India as cost centre. Almost get the feeling the executive management is making it lean for an acquistion. It may be bought sooner than later ; this year or the next.Product portfolio is good but the stack doesnt come together.
