Pros
BMC is a fast moving company that has product leaders across the portfolio. It's solid products make selling and developing interest much easier. The staff seems to be getting younger as they look for more motivated and dedicated inviduals for the role.
Cons
Still relatively new organization of business development and changes are the norm.
