Pros

- Free water - Free coffee - 10 Euro / month extra for fitness club

Cons

- Unlimited vacation policy, but vacation can never be taken due to loads of vacation locks due to "important deadlines" - Hire and Fire policy. Barely anyone in IT survives the probatory period, due to leadership, who hires new developers and fires the predecessor just the day before the new one joins (happened several times when I was there) - leadership without leadership experience. - leadership are workaholics, write code on the weekends, and dump it Monday morning on your desk ("make it run and make the test suite pass again") - new hires, that were named here in response of company, left that company very fast. They don't even list their episode here on their LinkedIn profiles.

Pros

* small team of nice developers * good area to work - lots of lunch options and easy transport links * flexible with contract negotiations and willingness to accept non-standard arrangements * relatively interesting product, and it's nothing to do with advertising/marketing * recent changes have put a lot more focus on solid development practices and making the code base more stable

Cons

* the normal stuff. I've yet to be in any company that doesn't struggle with communication * the 'open' holiday policy is a bit farcical. there were several circumstances where we were asked to not take holiday during a certain period, and in general there's a lot more tension than there ought to be surrounding this. if given the choice, take the 20 or 25 days you get by law and leave it at that. * extremely high turnover rate

Pros

Extraordinary Team, lovely colleagues combined with exciting projects, free fruits & coffee, Laissez-faire leave regulation, very flat hierarchies, daily tandups, every monday sport in the office, English lessons

Cons

That's hard. There is nothing I really don't like. There smaller things that may need improvement but we are still a growing company -continuously trying to optimize. I guess it's a progress like in every startup
