Was little hesitant to join but after joining, the culture was so welcoming and technology leaders made a big difference in the way the involved me in technical discussions right from the start. Being part of development on the first product is great and the management is fully supportive. Apart from good tech leaders, the workplace is good (small compared to my previous office) however, it is good enough for us to work happily. Policies are people friendly and most important part is HR is available and present all the time unlike my previous company. Good social gatherings once in a month

Townhall should happen with company updates on regular intervals. Lab set-up can be improved
