      Flying, Great people besides upper management, good brand.

      Cons

      Upper management is pretentious. Blade is the most low tech "tech startup" possibly ever. Nothing innovative about the tech side of the business. Zero room for career growth. Lot of bait and switch when hiring. high turnover

      Intense culture, in-person means great learning opportunities. You get out what you put in. A good brand to put on the resume.

      Cons

      Clients can be intense to deal with, and the busy seasons are all around the holidays.
