      keep you busy. a job to go to everyday. gives you a chance to do and learn different skills and apply those skills.

      Cons

      upper management like to micromanage mid-level employee. upper management don't have back bone when it comes to standing up for lower level employees.

      Pros

      International work in interesting locations. Project teams can be great from job to job.

      Cons

      No long term career growth. Senior management will gaslight you with promises. Nepotism is a joke at this company and kills morale. If looking for a short term stint overseas Harbert could be an option. If looking for something long term stay away. You will be passed up by a relative of someone or one of the 15 VP's yes men.
