Pros
Provided a wide breath of experience due to vast array of projects and systems to maintain with insufficient resources so each employee had to juggle numerous projects roles.
Cons
The CEO habitually micro-manages their people all the way down to the individual workers. The expectations were often unrealistic. The COO lacks basic leadership skills or any notable concern for the well-being of those they allege to be leading. The pay is also sub par for even the local and regional labor market, to say nothing of national norms. The company Christmas/holiday party was sub-par most years. One year they informed us part way through a work day that we would be having the Christmas/holiday dinner at a nearby hotel the company owned. That instance we were greeted with over cooked, under seasoned, and barely warm leftovers from some other event, basically they gave us food that should have gone in the garbage.
