Small company, no teambuilding, no events, no staffs' appreciation. No staffs' meetings at all, to update on work's situations or improvements. No HR. Employees backstabbing and toxicity. SOP was not updated, management kept changing SOP to their own desires. Management would terminate staffs who were not performing well with immediate effect without any warning.
