      The employees are great people. Somewhat flexible schedule, CEO is wonderful

      Cons

      -- lacking a good work culture/environment -- not enough employees. the employees that are there are overworked and lack the support and help they need -- going through serious growing pains

      Get to stay on top of industry trends and utilize new approaches to assist clients reach their goals on a continuing basis.

      Cons

      Workload can pile up if you ever have to go on vacation or get sick. But that happens everywhere.
