At first, before you join the company, the management will treat you nicely, respond quickly, and appear friendly, but once you’re on board, their true colours show—delayed responses, lack of support, and a complete disregard for employee well-being.
Cons
They promise to train you fully as per the contract, but what really happens is they only train you halfway. They breach their own contract. Before you even finish the training, they pull you out and stick you at a client’s site. Then, they assign you to projects you weren’t trained for, and when the client gets unhappy because you’re struggling, it’s suddenly all your fault. The real issue is you were never properly trained in the first place because they yanked you out of training to begin with. If you want to experience a horrible company that doesn't care about their employees, you can try and apply. The website also looks fake and only bombastic to attract interest from both clients and fresh candidates. If you want to experience working in an environment full of lies, please do so.
