4yThank you so kindly for leaving your review as we take this feedback very seriously and are continuously working on improving our leadership. While BICO did unfortunately go through a layoff at the beginning of the year, this was a difficult decision and one that was not taken lightly. We ensured our employees were treated with respect as we made this strategic transition. HR did ensure Visa statuses were not interrupted and worked with employees individually to find roles within our companies as well as provided flexible end dates, updated agreements to ensure personal situations were met and our CEO and CPO provided personal letters of recommendations and referrals. These actions are never easy, we put the employee at the core to ensure the transition was done with dignity and respect. With this change, BICO does not currently have a Customer Success department, with no current active employees, unless it is supporting one of our other companies. We understand and appreciate it has been a time of transition on many levels, our Investors, Board, and employees support and stand by our CEO. He has led the company through unprecedented change ensuring our employees and shareholders are supported. We have no concerns that have come to HR regarding any misconduct of our CEO, however, we encourage concerns to be directed to our CPO. Additionally, our HR team, does encourage Glassdoor reviews and includes the link on our intranet site, we believe feedback makes us better and encourage employees past or present to help improve based on their experiences with our company. We are eager to improve our leadership and ensure that we provide best in class employment experience.
