      Good salary and FIFO allowances.

      Toxic work environment due to bad leaders in some teams. Not safe to speak up and no support when you do. Nepotism and favouritism is commonplace. Lack of transparency and very poor communication. Leaders actively avoid accountability and blame subordinates for their failings.
