      Nice office, good corporate discounts, interesting projects

      Cons

      Very political, lots and lots of processes to follow, teams can work in silos. When I started 7 years ago, the salary and overall package used to be great, over time salaries have not kept up with industry trends and are only ok.

      Leadership in the Tucson office is highly political and unprofessional. Feedback is not given directly. Local leadership is more interested in Linkedin posting and image, rather than anything of substance.
