Headless Chicken - Analyst BHP Employee Review

Too many useless meetings. Gets paid so much for doing too easy tasks. Repetitive work and not so much to learn after sometime. You cannot speak up, you will be punished for that. You have to butter and sweet talk your bosses if you want to survive. Above all, the leaders are not competent. They are clueless and does not know their work. A lot of the managers and heads are in their position because they have worked donkey years, not because they are good. All good ones have probably left the company. Therefore the company is run by headless chickens.
