      It is a company with great benefits; Family oriented and have good structure.

      Cons

      Very "relationship" based - even if you dont have the experience, qualification etc, you will get the job if you know the right person. Top down instruction and leave no rooms for being vocal

      Leadership in the Tucson office is highly political and unprofessional. Feedback is not given directly. Local leadership is more interested in Linkedin posting and image, rather than anything of substance.
