Business outlook
Pros
Great pay and benefits. Instant vesting in match. Well defined business rules and practices. They now have a subsidized cafeteria as well. The offices are quite nice and a very pleasant atmosphere.
Cons
Control freaks. The well organized and process oriented work rules enable the company to employe many less than competent managers. Jac Nasser is now Chairman of the Board and is doing his best to destroy another fine company.
