Amazing company - Operation Support Specialist BHI Employee Review

BHI is an incredible example of having a growth mindset as a company. They have at their core a great culture, but their desire to grow and improve is incredible. That carries over to myself as an employee where I am 1. trusted to innovate and grow the company, 2. I am trained, and expected to grow my own expertise.

BHI has many projects scattered throughout the United States that requires some travel.

Very expanded experience from commercial and industrial to solar. Great place for an apprentice to learn a lot of different industries. Great compensation, decent benefits.

BHI claims to want to "bless families" they do no such thing besides provide a job that thousands of other employers can provide. I was lied to numerous times about promotions while watching others get special treatment for being related or buddies of someone in management. You will work twice as hard and twice as long to accomplish and achieve for BHI just to be passed over for a management role for someone's son. When I hired on, I stayed around a certain area, gained a reputation. When I was sent out of town I was forgotten and became just a number. BHI is a great place to work if you dont value yourself. Because nobody around is going to value you, your attitude, or your experience.
