      none to mention. no benefits, crazy hours, overwhelming demand

      Cons

      Recently hired and already looking for a new job. Zero organization and owners do not give you the tools to do your job properly, then they try to hold you accountable when mistakes happen. I regret leaving my previous job for this sinking ship. Extremely high turnover rate.

      Pros

      Amazing creatives, talented and nice colleagues to work with. Exciting, fun, but challenging work. I'm grateful for the opportunity and experience.

      Cons

      The brand did not survive the changing landscape (consumer use changes as well as COVID affecting spending). The rebranding was exciting and well thought out but came a little too late, and could not survive the effects of t.he pandemic
