Once management changes were made things fell through the cracks for the worst. People started leaving and holes were left in every department affecting everything and creating pressure on making sales when we didn’t have the resources needed to succeed. New management only cared about people they were bringing in and creating positions for them when the people needed to actually help in the process of shipping were left vacant. Up until I left a lot of positions in the warehouse area which are the most important when it comes to fulfilling shipments were not filled. They really care about their employees, at least when I was there. People would start working there and only last a few months since they came from more established companies and saw how bad this place was. They want to cut corners on everything except benefiting upper management which I where things should be compromised if it means it will increase revenue for the company.
There is zero company culture in this place and every department works as an individual sector making it horrible to work with accounts as everyone needs to be on the same page, but this didn’t seem to be an important thing for management.
