Cons
Everything. Managers speak to you like rubbish, implement systems that don’t work then get on at you for lack of productivity even though they made you work that way. Team leaders who sit on their backside doing nothing but talk all day then wrote reports on how you’ve been working all day to send to directors. Shambles.
