WORST company at which I've EVER worked in my 25+-year career - Director BENlabs Employee Review

So many I can't get to them all. • Lack of proper leadership. Very young C-suite who weren't trained properly and more concerned about their own growth. • Cliques all around and at all levels. Especially within senior leadership. • HR was awful and very much only about leadership/towing the corporate line versus listening to and acting upon serious complaints about the company (including sexual harassment and bullying) • Lack of true growth opportunities. People got promoted because of friendships and smoking parties outside the company. • Open floor plan for some, offices for senior leadership. If you're going to have an open floor plan, you need to do it for everybody. Including your CEO. • BS platform. Full of bandaid after bandaid to cover the significant flaws and no real work done to make the reporting mechanism work accurately or properly. • Toxic culture and work/life balance. I could go on but it's not worth it. All I can say is this is the worst place at which I ever worked over my career (and I've worked among quite a bit of dysfunction throughout) and STAY AWAY
