Pros
The bank is very dynamism. This subsidiary of a french corporate bank has been established in Germany twenty years ago.
Cons
As it is a recent structure that really started to develop 7 years ago, there can be a lack of professionalism, and there is no frontier between the different teams and services. As an intern this is however a good thing since you can be involved in many kind of tasks.
