      Pros

      A management who encourages out of the box thinking. great culture, great group of people whom make even better teams to work with. Plenty of opportunities to grow with the company and work your way up. After all I have had a great time so far working at BE and I am looking forward to what the future holds.

      Cons

      almost 2 years in and I am yet to discover something I do not like about the company.
