      Pros

      BDS Marketing - Assisted Sales Representative. Great job with decent pay. You are paid for all of the trainings and you are also paid for conference calls.

      Cons

      Standing around at the various stores can get a little boring and monotonous. Also, the early morning conference calls and Saturdays are a con.

      - work from home flexibility

      Cons

      - Company culture, it was great initially. You could tell the leadership team really cared about their employees and sadly once leadership changed, things were never the same - minimal opportunities for growth in management roles - Pay is lower than competitors in the same field - Commission requirements were never clear and always changing making it difficult to attain
