      - work from home flexibility

      Cons

      - Company culture, it was great initially. You could tell the leadership team really cared about their employees and sadly once leadership changed, things were never the same - minimal opportunities for growth in management roles - Pay is lower than competitors in the same field - Commission requirements were never clear and always changing making it difficult to attain

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, easygoing and fairly fun work, great for people who enjoy solving problems

      Cons

      Generally poor management. Whenever you need to bring up an issue or order parts, which is a very frequent occurrence, you have to wait to be connected to their own call center, often waiting 10+ minutes with many rude staff.
