Good Company but a lot of work - Manager BDP International Employee Review

Used to be family owned and was sold to an investment firm. Once they did that the work became overwhelming and a lot of really good talent left the company. It was discouraging but overall the company itself is not a bad place to work. It has its normal drama like any other place.
