Pros
Good for getting experience in imports, exports and logistics If you're related to someone already employed by BDP you are gold, and can be as rude as yuou like to non related folks
Cons
Everyone's related and some that are related to owners are slackers, which means you have to pick up the slack If you're not related to anyone you can expect to go nowhere unless you suckup You can never get day to day feedback, then one day they give you your review and they have all these negatives but no positives
